The short answer is "no"; Juicy posted that he personally ported the EZInput 2.1, so he wants to keep it as his own personal release.
The long answer is "
yes" - you're in luck, as somebody else has ported it as well, but it won't be exactly the same as Juicy's port, and it's just the first release (just today, so it may be buggy).
By and by, do you realize proper english entails not capitalizing the first letter of every word? =P
