I had the same problem. Three claims and they sent out three phones to different addresses. Problem is, not one of those addresses belonged to me. I did get my account credited for the deductibles that were applied and I have now left Sprint and Asurion.
Before I left our Sprint service in our local area (very rural) which had been decent had been getting worse and worse until we were unable to use our phones. I complained about this and received a call from engineering (Sprint engineering that is) who told me that they found a problem on our local tower but since they didn't have that many users here they had no intention of fixing it.
I called CSR and had a long and respectful conversation with them about the many issues. We were able to leave Sprint with no ETF. Unless hell freezes over we will never return to Sprint. No fanboy here!
