this thread should be locked as sprint and the insurance company are both still giving out touch vogues. i called them both today and complained and did all of the smooth talking i could and i still got a brand new touch vogue coming this week as a replacement. it is now up for sale in the marketplace! it cracks me up that they still carry a 2 year old phone, why not give the diamond out instead? i had nothing but issues with them today and im pretty sure ill be canceling my sprint contact and moving to another carrier, from what i hear sprint is a sinking ship!
