The Weatherpanel 2009 app is below, it must be install first, next the PhatPhiner IV VGA.zip must be stalled, all the instructions are in the easy user friendly readme text of the PhatPhinger IV VGA.zip... A secondToday is required... I will post all the software with instructions in post #3 later.....
