you made the all too common mistake of allowing the carrier customizations to run. to fix, perform a hard reset, after you get through the initial screens, wait until you see a message saying "carrier customizations will install in 3 seconds, 2, 1." DO NOT allow the countdown to complete. the second you see that message, do a soft reset. to permenantly remove carrier customizations, unlock and delete all your files in the EXT_ROM2 folder. that will resolve your problem.
