Yes, it shows up in the ringtone pulldown, but it does not play.
It does play in Win Media Player.
Pretty much the same problem as Weezy mentioned.
I saw something in one of the threads about a ringtone bug, but of course I couldn't find it again when I did a search.
Incidentally, I customized the rom to 6.5 but the problem still exists.
