Exil3d I think you have a typo.
and apparently there are many users having this problem with sprint. I read something stating that you can access someone's account online just by knowing a few things about them. the site demonstrated by asking for someone's phone number (they didn't know the person) and without any other knowledge guessed every single question correctly to access their account. Sprint needs to do something IMHO, before this gets really bad.
