First of all, your device is most definitely NOT a Titan. The Titan is CDMA only; Cingular is GSM. You probably have the TyTN (same pronunciation but different spelling and a MUCH different device.
Anyways, there is no way to hide an MMS. You can save the picture itself to the device and then delete the message, or move the message to a subfolder, but that's about it.
