Another TP
I dropped my phone on Sunday night and the half the screen stopped working (problem #1). I went into a local service center and had them look at it on Monday and have them look it over. Because I have the insurance on it they ordered me a replacement to be delivered the next day I got the replacement and after I picked it up I realized that the volume buttons on the side of the phone don't work (problem #2) I called the service center and they informed me that all of their replacements are refurbs (problem #3). They told me due to the problem they'll order another one. I go to pick it up the replacement for the replacement yesterday and they couldn't get it connected to the network (problem #4). They called me later in the day and say they got it working. I picked it up and found out that it has terrible signal and won't even connect to the internet (problem #5). What should I do next? Keep going to the service center and get their crappy refurb phones or call sprint and make them order me new one? Anybody else have this many problems with a phone replacement?
