I also got a letter that states that a phone that has 256 megabytes of ram, with 4 gigabytes of internal storage, and an unlocked GPS is equal to a phone that has 192 megabytes of ram, with no internal storage (only 50 megs of storage space) and a locked out GPS.
So I guess you're right. If you receive a letter, all reality ceases to exist and the letter becomes fact.
