what carrier do you have? i know if you buy the phone ourright you can just add it to your plan and they wont really bother you that its a smart phone. you just have to add unlimited data on the plan wich for me is 20 bucvks. (with sms/mms included also) or you can use a dumb phone to your account and then switch to a smart phone and they wont really bother you. mind you i know THIS WORKS for alltel users. i have no idea about any other carriers.
