Also when I try to view the sent items folder it freezes up on that page with little bit of a visual glitch but I am still able to pull the drop down menu to switch to the inbox or any other folder. My installation is basically stock with two exceptions, I did port over contacts from PIM backup and install some Live Messenger stuff. I did (after some trial and error) go from the stock sprint rom which came shipped with my diamond to Mighty's new rom and that basically took care of all the other bugs I was having, except this one.

I was having the same issue. Then I realized I had forgotten to do a hard reset after flashing from shipped ROM to MightyROM 6. A hard reset fixed the problem for me. To bad I had already loaded everything on (oops!).
