I don't use any of those programs so I don't know what can be causing it, sorry.

I actually went one by one and arranged them in the order I want then I extracted the registry for the icon order and saved it as a cab so it will put them in the exact order I want.

No! You can get the generic carrier OEM from Calkulin's kitchen and that will give you a generic ROM. Also you will need to change a registry in that OEM if you want the Rhodium Calendar to work properly. The reason why I don't do generic roms anymore is because internet sharing will not work if its generic.
