I don't have time to reply line by line. I would consider myself a "Power User" as well, and if i had time, i would have 5,000 posts by now. Regardless, i do agree with most of what you said. At this point, i'd say a) stay with the thread, stay with mr6 and be part of the group that helps Mike and continues making it right (this is the first version of mr6 by the way), or b) go back to 6.1 or another ROM.
I hate to be that short, but pretty much that's what it comes down to.
I appreciate your feedback.

This TP is my first smart phone but I have had it for a few months now and I actually consider myself to be a power user. I'm the guy who laughs at other people who install a million cabs and break basic features - it doesn't happen to me because I know what I am doing. Here's the part where everyone can tune out but if you care: I am a BS EE and currently spending part of my week as my company's IT guy. But this has me so baked that I can't help but come off like an ungrateful newb, apparently. It is out of character for me and yes, I do need to relax. You know what a part of it is though? Mike's decision to strip the SIP. I predicted that when *I* tried a MR with this new omission that I would end up having some problem because baked in + tested by MM = it works. Leave it up to users to get lucky and install the right version of something that MAY or MAY NOT work with X, Y and Z, and you get chaos. I believe part of my current frustration is caused by this effect.
