good guide but uhm...how many users aren't in vogue (lol pun) with flashing their htc device? I mean getting a pocket pc back in 2006 I understood that my dinky samsung i730 was not flashable so its almost like well a given that many users will flash right away.

For the users that aren't so flash happy (and not tech savvy) it is a good guide. Just a minor add that the xperia x1 can also be unlocked and flashed but otherwise very thorough guide but I will bet if not guarentee that some users will confuse the gsm variant with cdma if they're new and totally mess it up =/
