This program isn't a necessity, but I so want it to work! I really think it's time to start looking at updated ROMs. If anyone has got this working on a Sprint TP Stock ROM, let us know!
I have it working on a Touch Pro SPRINT STOCK ROM.

First thanks to Slypher and all of you who have worked tirelessly since last year on this. I've been through the threads on XDA, and PPC Geeks 2 threads; the first by infection0 [Updated: CDMA / GSM HTC Diamond / Pro: Call Recording 3/25] and the current thread we are in).

That being said, here's what I did to accomplish it:

1. In January when I received my new phone I by chance upgraded the audio in Baffles thread [TP Essentials] using the Audiopara.csv loud that Badboy8813 posted in PPC Geeks thread [TWEAKED Audiopara.csv louder earpeice, spkphone, and BLUETOOTH WORKING!!!] (Post 1)

2. As suggested by many on this thread esp. Slypher, I downloaded and installed Juggalo X's White Slide to Answer (see post 117 on this thread to a link).

3. Then I downloaded and installed Slyphers cab in post 117 of this thread.
The wavedev.dll did kill my audio, did interfere with voice command
causing multiple errors, and my recordings were zero seconds in length.

4. I inspected the Sprint TP registry and found I was missing the two entries so I did do a registry edit as outlined in Post 134 by greatwhitepine. I did have to create the keys and dwords.

5. No luck with steps 1 to 4, so I decided to go back to the stock wavedev.dll by deleting the .dll that indagrove pointed out, and voila, ICR now works!

I now have what I believe is a fully functioning ICR. Complete with waves to either internal or a storage card without studdering, internal recording by mic, speaker and bluetooth.

If this works on multiple STOCK SPRINT Touch Pro's I'll ask that some one please cab this up.

Again, thank you all!

If I have helped you all please hit that green thanks button over here ==>>
