everyone's in-store experience is different...I don't know if its because I've been with them since 1998 or if it's because I buy a new phone almost every year, but when I go in they always take care of me without any silly questions (most of the time) or hassle...I went in with a broken car charger and before I could finish telling them it was broken someone was coming from the back with a new one and saying thanks for choosing Verizon Wireless...! No charge!!

maybe I've been lucky but I have yet to go in and leave feeling like I didn't get the service i was looking for...and for what I pay a month...I'm glad
