My apologies for the snide comment. It wasn't relevant nor was it the least bit tactful to acquire any assistance. I wasn't expecting "excellent customer service". What I was expecting was some amount of response. I wasn't given any for the multitude of issues I was having over what seemed to be a fairly long period of time - especially on this forum. I then noticed another ROM builder, one of whom I highly respect, answering questions not even pertaining to HIS ROM but this one, and nothing for a while from the chef.
Once again I apologize and have moved
on. I do appreciate the work that goes into building these and completely understand that doing this is not a full time job for these guys (although I am sure they put in just as many hours), and they have a life outside of this. I let my frustrations boil-over and will keep my expectations in check in the future.
