BTW, if anyone is confused, get a registry editor and go to HKEY_Current_User\ControlPanel\Notifications\Defau lt - inside there will be a value called "default", modify that value and add a string such as "charge complete" (or whatever you want). Now whatever you named that string will appear in the "Notifications" tab in the "Sounds & Notifications" section of your setttings. Simply uncheck the "play sound" box, and now it's gone!
