Download the Silence/Mighty kitchen, extract it, and click on the Build_Rom.bat file. It'll launch BuildOS and let you customize your Silence/Mighty ROM with a few extras you may or may not want (PIM backup, Menu Enhancements, etc).

When you got the things you want, click the green "play" button and it'll process your goodies. Then, when it says "done," you close the window and let the processes in the command prompts run until it asks you to select your page pool. Choose your pagapool (16 by default), make sure your TP is connected to your computer, and BLAMMO it flashes your customized ROM!

After that, all you really need to do is track down OEMs you'd like to add, which you can find all over this site, XDA, Google, and of course other kitchens. Drop 'em in the OEM folder, and when you next run BuildOS they'll be listed as options for you to install in your ROM!
