My Mogul had a issue with the USB port....wouldn't charge on a couple different chargers (that worked on my wife's Mogul that she is still using), so I'd say my claim was legit. I just used the Sprint provided website to request a replacement, and they offiered up the Touch Pro. I am sure your comment was not directed at those of us that had a bad device, and didn't ask for an upgrade...it was what was available when I reported the bad device.
