will this work on the touch pro? im trying it and it keeps asking for a phone model. never happened when i did it on my mogul.
its saying the model selected is unknown, please select a base model from the list of known phones. it does this when i click the service programming and click ok on phone selection.

FFA3300-1900
FFA3300-TM
and then theres a bunch that start with "SURF"
any idea what i need to do?
