well I am on number 7 replacement of my touch pro and 2 of those have been defective ones straight from sprint the day I got them so to make up for it their gonna credit my account the amount of the phone when i upgrade the tp1 line. i made sure they noted it and sent me an offical letter via e-mail and in the mail so they cant screw me out of this one lol Hopefully it is soon bigger screen= nice! lol
