You can flash it any of the ways available just like any other ROM.
Plug in VIA Activesync...run the .exe and follow prompts...done...
Extract all the files from the RAR file...plug in VIA Activesynce...run the RUU and follow promps...done....
Extract only the .nbh, rename it RAPHIMG.NBH, put it on your storage card, and throw your phone into bootloader, done...
