You would have received a notification, via mail, or email, regarding your Premier account status. You should be able to log in via the sprint website, and find out if you are a premium member.
You either need to be a sprint account holder for ~10 years, or spend more than $60/mo on a rate plan. Don't quote me on either of the two criteria, as they are close, and I'm going on memory. Check the website, to be sure.
