Update: I found the teeter.cab. But I still can't get it on to my computer the easy way. When I check the use as USB drive, it freezes. and then when I hook it up to the laptop it freezes again, instead of showing me the selection screen. I have to reset and go into settings to change it.
Email the teeter.cab to your phone and download it to your SD card and install that way...
