It's a celtic font from urbanfonts.com. It's actually only small in the start menu. I had to make the font smaller in settings/screen for everything else. I used settings+ to apply the font. It's pretty cool, as long as the font is a .ttf file it will apply it. I tried ppcChangeFont.exe over the top of the settings+ app to get the menu fonts to change, but had some interesting results.
