I had a discussion with a co worker about switching Radio Roms. He has the HTC Touch Pro on US Cellular and I have the HTC Touch Diamond on Sprint. I told him that I had obtained the ability to change from my Sprint Radio Rom to US Cellular’s and even more than that. He went into this whole rigmarole on how cell companies will charge each other for having guests user on their network. Does Sprint have the ability to track which towers I am connecting to and if so, how would they go about dealing with this?
