It does, but it pushes a 3XXXX series to PPCs (in my experience). Its just as easy to grab theanswerman's 4XXXX prls and manually install them. I've had better luck using the 4XXXX series than the 3XXXX.

AFAIK. We're about to go Verizon live in about a week here in northwest FL. The phones in the alltel stores read rA, and I know someone with a Touch Pro also reading rA.
