I have been checking with various carriers trying to find the one I want to switch to from Sprint. AT&T uses Asurion but they will NOT send a phone to any other address than the one listed on the account and they will NOT charge the deductible to the account. The account holder must pay it using a CC. That may seem like a hassle to some but to me it seems like a good way to secure and protect our accounts from the rampant fraud that is taking place with those who use Sprint and Asurion. I like it and I'm moving to AT&T to give it a try. If it doesn't work out then I have 30 days to move on and give Verizon a try.
