Ex....Dude, i have to disagree. I'm a tech at a Sprint Corp store and I take pride in trying to help fellow HTC customer due to the fact I know first hand some of the issues they are experiencing. Now i'll admit some techs could care less, but speaking for myself, i like when customers are expecting some lame excuse and I hand them back there phone working better than it did when it came in.
And since i'm no programmer, or ROM cook, my contrib to the PPC community is if you(anyone) have an issue or question about a situation, PM me and i'll help as much as I can within the lines of business and ethics.
