Here's a couple I've mentioned in irc, but since I am at work, I don't get to check the replies very often... so I don't know if you've caught them.
1> ClearType is disabled by default. Fixing this makes it look MUCH better
2> (Personal Preference?) The "Start" menu is back to 3 columns. I much preferred the 4 columns. If you want to keep the 3, then perhaps post a link to the 4 column cab in the first (or second) post. I'm starting to have too many geeks/xda links bookmarked!
3> Hmmm... the Sprint TeleNav you've included.... umm... I'm with Verizon... even install the VZW Carrier CAB, but for some reason... IT STILL WORKS! Authenticates and all! It says there is an update, which then will not download, (at least the webpage works out that I'm not a Sprint customer). Anyone else have past experience with this? Will I suddenly get a bill from Sprint? lol
4> I don't remember if you do or not, but DISABLE the Windows Live entry in Titanium. It uses a huge chunk of memory, which may be the cause of some people saying they only have 11 or 12 meg free!
5> I think I had more... but I can't remember.
6> Always it has been said "do a hard reboot after install" (Hold down the soft-buttons while pressing the reset button). I normally do this once the first boot gets to "Tap the screen to setup..". Is that the best time to do it?
