What a coincidence! There was another fellow earlier this week who came in with a nearly identical problem, except for the fact that he "found" the phone right about the time someone else "lost" it. But you don't sound at all like him - you're so much more polite and all, and you write so much better. (Really is hard to understand what "111111111111111" means, but there are some pretty smart folks around here, and they managed to interpret everything, bad language and all. Actually, I think maybe his keyboard was stuck on "1".
