exception to add my touch pro or to waive the fee when one of the reps told me they could but a manager had to approve it then they said they wouldn't do it....tsk tsk
I told one rep i spoke with when i called to cancel almost everything except the bare minimum we had to keep that there are tons of upset people about how they wont activate the phone...he giggled and said even he had to purchase a verizon one even though the sprint one he had before had more memory. He suggested i sell it on ebay and use that money to buy a verizon one. I basically said, no, then hung up.
