When my phone is set to vibrate and I get a call, it does not vibrate. I called customer service and they said to take it into a Sprint store where they repair the phones to get it looked at (I'm within the first 30 days).

In case they have to do a hard reset to fix the problem, I wanted to backup my phone. I downloaded and installed Spb backup and performed a full backup. I also wanted just my contacts backed up, so I did a PIM backup too. (I actually did a system settings only backup before the PIM backup because I didn't know what the PIM backup was.) I transferred all of these .exe files to my computer via ActiveSync for safekeeping.

Then, when I went to make a call, I discovered I didn't have ANY CONTACTS!! This is not good. So I restored my PIM backup -- no luck. Then I restored my full backup -- no good either.

Unbelievable.

Any suggestions?
try gooing to spbs site and seeing if you can find the exe extracted and see what information is in there? i would always suggest backin up via outlook as well
