Try cycling your battery by letting the phone completely drain it. The voltage calibration in the battery might be off. If that doesn't work, then you will likely need to replace either the phone or the battery. Try asking Sprint for a spare battery, they gave me a used one they had lying around when I lost mine behind a unreachable crevice hahah.
