I ACCIDENTLY LET MY PHONE DIE!!!!!!!! NOW I CANT TURN THIS ON!!!!!! The reset button does not work in an off state (Sprint). I was lucky to turn it back on twice (one time in line in a Sprint store to get it looked at). This isn't a known problem??
