Well, it really depends on the person you get. if you have TEP then you will get it replaced, its just the how that will be the issue. The rep could call the cracks just a cosmetic damage and/or physical damage which by sprint policy would require you to call Asurion, pay the $100 deductible, and get a new phone that way. I personally dont agree with that policy. if the rep that you deal with does not agree with it either, then they would have no problem just replacing it. in short, just hope you dont get a rep that is "by the book".
