You can find a rechargable no name bluetooth receiver for about $20 if you price search. I have a Philips receiver that I use at home - but every 12 hours or so you'd have to recharge it.
Also, keep in mind, that it's just a receiver - so it won't have AVCRP controls. If you find yourself spending too much, consider just replacing the car stereo. I got a GREAT Sony bluetooth stereo for about $120. It's the Sony MexBT2700, and it works wonderfully with the Touch Pro.
