sorry, i should explain, goto qik.com on your phone web browser, install the cab, it will turn your ppc into a webcam, then drive to the beach and run the software and u are your own webcam, lol, its opposite what you're looking for

but to answer your question there has to be plenty of cam sites out thatll probably work with opera mobile, try this one out
