45 isn't bad for a 16gb, and i'm not sure why someone would sell a used 16gb. atleast until the 32's come out.
also i'm not sure getting the cheepest you can find is a good idea. I would rather pay a few extra for reliability.
beware of fakes, and go for higher class (class 6).
newegg is always a good place to find quality cards for fair prices.
