is it worth it to upgrade from wisbar 2 to wisbar 3? if i have an old version of wisbar 2, how could i get a new version of wisbar 2? thanks!!!!

I bought it and uninstalled it the same day because my touch was running extremely slow. Now that I'm not running wisbar it's back to its good self.
