HTC Home Weather Stopped Updating? Here's the Fix

Hello everyone! I'm new to the community and am seeking a little support to fix the weather issue with the HTC Home Plugin. Where can I get a file manager which will enable me to execute the file for the sdk certificates installation and how do I use it?

I recieved a message that said either the dll file was already patched or there were some other isssues going on. My weather always says 0 degrees celsius. I changed it to read fahrenheit and it always says 32 degrees fahrenheit, even after update. My city is recognized, I believe, however it will not display the correct temperature information. Should I uninstall and re-install a newer, fixed version, if there is one, and if so, where would I be able to find it. Thanks for any assitance you can offer me. Other than that the plugin works fine. I have installed the customizer also.
