Exclamation Battery tweaks

Has any one ofund any reg tweaks as far as battery life goes? I know when I had my MOTO Q there were some and they helped tremendously. I have an extended battery and hope each day my sprint mogul will last till i can get home lol. I am a fireman and no one ever knows what time that will be!!!

Thanks
WOODY

This has done wonders for my battery life. Before I needed to charge 2-3 times a day, now I can go 24+ hours with moderate use. Original post on sprintusers.com: http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=127164

And make sure to turn your screen off, the backlight is another killer.

see: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...6&postcount=10 for an excellent explanation of what these do. I use wifi, evdo, phone, bluetooth and direct push and have had no ill effects because of these changes.

Greetings,

I dont think this is a reg hack or anything, but I did notice a HUGE increase in battery life after uncheckin [] receive all incoming beams. Even with those hacks mentioned above I couldnt get 2 days off the battery.

Disabling the beams have given me up to 3, almost 4 days with normal phone use and little Internet browsing as well.

Hope this helps.

definitely turn off beams, bluetooth, wifi and direct push if you are not using them, they will chew up your battery.

i did all the reg tweaks, made sure beam, wifi, push, and bluetooth were off.went my usual 10 hours of messing around(text, email, phone calls, more text)and by the time i got home, the battery only went down to 80%.usually its down to about 60% or so,also wanted to mention that i'm using the siedio 1650mah battery.so i'm gonna say that the reg edits worked for me and the phone has been acting normal.
