Re: Titan WM6.1 Build 20755 GPS kitchen

Thanks Rob for the help. It worked out fine and I was able to flash the build. i only have one other problem in that when I use my registry editor or even resco editor my phone locks up and I get error notifications after a soft reset which leaves me to hard reset in order to get the phone working again. I was told that it had something to do with Mortscript, do you have an answer for this? Please help if you can

Re: Titan WM6.1 Build 20755 GPS kitchen

One more try --- I erased everything and re-downloaded it all again.
I'm now building a ROM with nothing selection other than the 20755 selections. I'm guessing it's still calling some of the 20748 as I see them running through the process.

Building ROM
Imgfs FromDump 2.1.rC2
using compression type "XPR"!
Sector size is 0x800
Chunksize is 0x40
Loading

I get almost to the end when it's building the rom and I get "object reference not set to an instance of an object".
Then I get "error, last status: "build complete".
Since I didn't select anything other than the stock/standard selections either I've screwed up by not including something that some variable is calling, or the variable in buildos isn't working.

How about one of the mods stepping up and helping out and telling me what I'm doing wrong as I'm sure it's me.
Thanks in advance.

Ps. - I do not have another instance of BuildOS running.

Update- I think I've got it. My sub splash screen -- I left it set at "default"... this time I actually selected something and now it's build successfully and has loaded to my phone.

I also dropped the RUU_signed.nhb file from Nue into my Upgrade > Titan folder... so I'm sure which one actually solved it. Maybe I'll try to figure it out tonight when I start actually cooking some stuff.

Glad I could help myself out here.

Re: Titan WM6.1 Build 20755 GPS kitchen

Anyone know why when i use registry editor and soft reset my phone lags badly and i get all kinds of notification errors. Does this have anything to do with mortscript and if so where do i get the latest version of it?

Yes. Kinoma Play fully supports A2DP, and will work with any A2DP-capable headset, headphones, speakers, etc.

I would not include Mortscript unless someone confirms it is fixed. But the problem is it breaks the build, not hangs up the ROM. (Could not get it to go as far as a completed ROM.)

Also watch out for the Samsung today Goodies (Widgets). They hung me up bad. Hard reset (or was it a complete reflash?) was the only way out.

Actually, my normal solution is to avoid any HTC Home Today plugins. They don't do anything for me, and getting versions that work seems to be a challenge. I just use cLaunch to make my own programs launch tray, TodayAgenda, and TodayClock.

Watch out for conflicting programs, which may try to do the same things from different apps.

When & where did he say that they were going to fix that? Last I heard they had no idea what was causing it & that it was inherent to the build.
