There isnt anything more that makes me mad than a monopoly, and this past few weeks a monopoly has been ongoing. I'm here to enlighten you all of the sad truth behind it all.

In short, noobnl is a liar. There is no signature found in any leak the devs have been given. It's all a hoax. It's unfair to the very rights this community is built upon. We are a community, we are here to help each other make the most out of our phones, and noobnl is prohibiting just that.

He's not in it to help us out, he's in it for the fame. If he was really here to help people like you and me out, he wouldnt be lying to the faces of each and every one of you.

Lucky for you, there are people in the community that care about you and don't want to uphold the monolopy that is going on right in front of us.

I just hope that each and everyone of you can wake up and see that noobnl is a liar and isn't here for us but for himself.

To flash the modem:

Put pit in the pit section, and modem.bin in the PHONE section. This fixes GPS.

FLASH THE ROM FIRST THEN ODIN THE MODEM

i flashed the modem(i think) by renaming the modem file to a zip extension. thanx for posting that, op edited his thread while i was posting.

With all the chaos going on over at XDA, would be nice to attempt to get the OP of the original thread to post over here instead of yet another thread copied and pasted from XDA...just sayin

he was asked by me but if you wanna try then have at it. i did manage to get the viper rom op to come over and he may be taking over that rom thread and btw the syndicate rom still isnt updated or any questions answered and the xda op is running that thread. im just trying to help us get roms here.

im closing this till xda/op figure stuff out, just got a pm that this modem is bricking phones so i would hold off flashing this till i post/open thread.

Aka the ROM itself is ok but the modem is broken.

Flash rom at your own risk

and flash modem at your own bigger risk.

There also seem to be reports of modem.bin fixing the GPS at the price of going haywire and bricking your phone lol

Yeah but how did he flash modem... there's report that u have to flash rom via clockwork and flash modem via odin... it has worked for some this way... how do u flash modem with odin or how did he brick his phone?

unzip the modem on your computer. it will contain both files you need.
after you flash the rom via cwm, start odin like normal. put the pi file from the unzipped modem in the pit section.
put the .bin file in the phone section.
hit start.
