Delete email account through files/registry - not account selector

Anyone know what I might need to do if it doesn't show up in account settings to delete?

HERE is the cab

once installed go to Start > System and run it. then go to menu > tools > install provisioning XML.

Navigate to the xml and select it then click done.

I appreciate the help, I installed, ran it, went to menu, actions, install provision xml. Unfortunately I don't know what xml I'm supposed to select to do. Thanks again for all the hand holding here.

Ended up just hard resetting since I was doing a ROM upgrade anyways. I'm guessing the issue is if you don't do provisioning right after hard reset.
