Disable Rhodium TF3D2 SMS App

My biggest and only gripe about the latest Rhodium TF3D2 Manila has been the new integrated SMS app. It's slow and pisses me off that it doesn't default to entering text. Also, if you are entering txt and switch to landscape it takes you out of the txt box.

Anyways...I ran into this post by Krzysiec over at xda and he had a manila file that reverted back to the stock WM SMS app.

All I did was cab up his manila file and test. I have installed and uninstalled this cab to go back and forth between the two SMS apps. All credit for this file goes to Krzysiec.

I like having cabs so that I can add them to my SDConfig.txt file.

Do you happen to know how to fix the problem where the TF3D2 text goes under the text box when you have a lot of msgs?

OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH you dont even know how long i have been trying to figure this out and stop it cause i really HATE the way SMS is handled in Rhodium!!!! Thanks again!! oh and a HUGE thanks to Krzysiec.

does anyone know what files this changes and possibly have the originals? i have a rom that this is presumably cooked into and am looking for a possible fix as i am liking the rhodium app more and more



EDIT: i found it it is 47dd6acd_manilla and i was right i dropped this into the windows folder and boom back to the rhodium
