Treo Pro Answering Calls Issue

I just got my new pro today and the phone wont answer the calls when they come in, but when they call a second time it will. the phone will stop ringing and will stay on the incomming call screen but will not answer. any suggestions?

What have you installed on the phone? There are some ringer issues with the Spb software. If you haven't installed any of those, I would Hard Reset and go from there.

I have this issue with the SPB Mobile Shell...more recently with version 3.0, but in the past with version 2.0 on my 800w. Sometimes uninstalling it doesn't fix the problem and you have to do a hard reset. It's really frustrating not being able to answer a call.

Also, do you know what firmware version you are running? 1.03 or 1.04? To make it simple, where did you buy your phone?

I have 1.03 and have not had this issue.

I have 1.03 and had the issue...but then again, I was using SPB Shell....

That might be it because I'm not using SPB Shell.

1.04. No issues after removing Spb PhoneSuite. Issues also when Mobile Shell (any version) are installed.

Ohhhh...PhoneSuite 1.3.1Beta is out (in case you didn't know). It fixes the icons on the today screen, but still fubars the ringer. Spb support is no help.

Im pretty sure it had to do with NET 3.5 Framework that was the isssue. hard reset seemed to fix the issue.

Standard framework is giving me issues as well.
