Interesting. Not that I really need it, but still.

Nice find but I couldn't imagine making my phone thicker under any circumstances.

my sentiments as well, plus the fact that it would make the phone feel hollow, it seems. Besides, my battery works fine...

Re: 3000 mAH battery

My response for both posts, the one above and the one I didn't see (just so all is fair). Stock battery life has been very good for my use. I haven't used the stylus in 2 months or more but I do like that this has the provision for keeping it on-board. Since I have Zagg's Invisible Shield installed I don't think I would like to have a new back cover without the shield for the inconsistent feel aspect.

Re: 3000 mAH battery

What about the claim that only Samsung batteries would work due to some magnetic reed switch configuration?

Was that just a bad battery or was there some validity to the concern?

Re: 3000 mAH battery

Only one person ever claimed that, AFAIK. I've not heard any evidence backing it up since.

Re: 3000 mAH battery

I just read on Howard Forums that there may be a magnetic interlock, which I am thinking was put in place to prevent problems with interchanging i900 and i910 batteries. But authorized makers of 3rd party replacements for the Samsung i910 version should have the info on how it is done.

I would like to hear from someone that has successfully used this 3000 mAh battery, just to make sure.

The same person who posted on Hofo about it, posted here, I think, as well.
